  1. Support and assist the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations, including but not limited to, inventory management, sales forecasting, and staffing.
  2. Ensure a welcoming and positive shopping experience for customers by providing exceptional customer service.
  3. Train and mentor new team members on store policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
  4. Monitor and maintain store cleanliness and organization to create a safe and pleasant shopping environment.
  5. Assist in creating and implementing strategies to increase sales and achieve store goals.
  6. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a timely and professional manner.
  7. Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and execute merchandising plans to effectively showcase products and attract customers.
  8. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
  9. Continuously monitor inventory levels and assist in managing product ordering and receiving processes.
  10. Conduct regular store audits to ensure accurate pricing, proper inventory levels, and compliance with company standards.
  11. Assist in managing and scheduling store staff to ensure adequate coverage and excellent customer service.
  12. Adhere to all safety and security protocols, including proper cash handling procedures.
  13. Monitor and analyze store performance, providing regular reports and recommendations to the Store Manager.
  14. Participate in training and professional development opportunities to improve knowledge and skills.
  15. Uphold the company's values and mission, serving as a role model for all team members.
