Job Description

Fairview Health Services is looking for a Lead (Senior) Health Info Data Analyst who can analyze large amounts of data and provide meaningful insights to ensure our organization is delivering the best possible care to our patients. We are seeking an experienced, analytical professional who is passionate about making a positive impact in the healthcare industry.The Lead (Senior) Health Info Data Analyst will be responsible for developing and managing data systems to collect, store, and analyze health information, as well as creating reports and visualizations to communicate findings to key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of technical and healthcare knowledge, and be able to identify trends and patterns in data to identify opportunities for improvement.Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, mathematics, statistics, finance, or relevant field• 5+ years of experience in data analysis or related roles• Proficient in data analysis and data mining software, such as SAS, R, or Python• Strong understanding of healthcare data and reporting requirements• Excellent communication and organizational skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentIf you have the skills and passion to help propel Fairview Health Services forward in our mission to provide quality healthcare, we invite you to apply.
