- Oversee and manage a team of analysts within the Fixed Income, Funds, and Ratings (FFR) department.
- Provide guidance and direction to team members, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to meet their goals and objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance overall productivity and efficiency.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting open communication and teamwork.

- Act as a subject matter expert for the FFR team, providing guidance and support to team members as needed.
