  1. Lead and manage a team of software engineers to ensure successful and timely delivery of high-quality financial software solutions.
  2. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, helping them develop their skills and achieve their full potential.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and QA engineers, to define project requirements and scope.
  4. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets in accordance with company goals and objectives.
  5. Identify and mitigate potential risks and roadblocks to project success, proactively finding solutions to ensure project delivery.
  6. Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in software engineering, incorporating them into project planning and development strategies.
  7. Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, promoting open communication and a continuous learning mindset.
  8. Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback to team members, identifying areas for improvement and creating development plans.
  9. Communicate project progress and updates to upper management and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  10. Act as a technical expert, providing guidance and support to team members and assisting with troubleshooting and issue resolution.
  11. Drive innovation and process improvement initiatives to enhance team efficiency and productivity.
  12. Work closely with HR to recruit, onboard, and retain top software engineering talent.
  13. Foster a culture of accountability and ownership, ensuring team members take responsibility for their work and deliverables.
  14. Promote and adhere to best practices and standards for software development, quality assurance, and project management.
  15. Demonstrate a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, seeking feedback and incorporating it into project planning and execution.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience In Software Engineering, With At Least 3 Years In A Management Or Leadership Role.

  • Strong Understanding Of Software Development Processes And Methodologies, Such As Agile, Scrum, And Waterfall.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Software Development Tools And Technologies, Including Programming Languages (Java, Python, Etc.), Databases, And Cloud Computing.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Mentor A Team Of Software Engineers.
