- Maintain and monitor systems to ensure optimal performance and functionality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements and enhancements to existing systems.
- Act as a subject matter expert on all technical aspects of our systems, providing guidance and support to both clients and team members.
- Develop and maintain documentation for systems and processes, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology, incorporating them into our systems and processes as appropriate.
- Proactively identify and address potential risks and vulnerabilities in systems, implementing security measures to protect against potential threats.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Mentor and train junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices to enhance their skills and capabilities.
- Participate in on-call rotation and handle after-hours support as needed.
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects.

- Maintain a strong understanding of the company's products and services to effectively support clients and contribute to their success.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In A Managed Services Environment.
Advanced Knowledge And Experience In Managing And Troubleshooting Complex Systems, Networks, And Applications.
Strong Understanding Of Cloud Computing, Virtualization, And Network Security Principles.
Excellent Communication And Teamwork Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Clients.
