  3. Act as a technical expert and advisor to clients, providing demonstrations and presentations on the features and benefits of FactSet's products.
  4. Conduct thorough needs analysis and gather requirements from clients to tailor product solutions that meet their specific needs.
  5. Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients, showcasing the value and capabilities of FactSet's software.
  6. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and resource for their ongoing needs.
  7. Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and customer support, to ensure a seamless experience for clients.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, as well as competitors' offerings, to effectively position FactSet's products in the market.
  9. Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to network and promote FactSet's products and services.
  10. Provide feedback and insights from clients to inform product development and enhancements.
  11. Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
  12. Act as a mentor and resource for junior sales team members, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Industry Knowledge: A Senior Sales Engineer At Factset Should Possess Deep Knowledge And Understanding Of The Financial Services Industry, Including Financial Markets, Investment Strategies, And Data Analytics.

  • Technical Expertise: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Technical Background, With Experience In Software Development, Data Management, And Financial Modeling. Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As Python, R, Or Sql Is Also Highly Desirable.
