  1. Develop and manage the company's comprehensive benefits program, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits.
  2. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations to ensure the benefits package remains competitive and compliant.
  3. Provide expert guidance and support to employees regarding their benefits options, eligibility, and enrollment process.
  4. Collaborate with HR team to communicate benefits information and updates to employees.
  5. Conduct research and analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of current benefits offerings and make recommendations for improvement.
  6. Monitor and manage benefit costs, including negotiating rates with vendors and implementing cost-saving strategies.
  7. Work closely with payroll to ensure accurate and timely processing of benefits-related deductions.
  8. Serve as a point of contact for employees' benefits-related inquiries and concerns, and escalate issues as necessary.
  9. Maintain accurate records and files for all benefits-related documentation.
  10. Keep abreast of changes in legislation and regulations related to benefits and make necessary updates to policies and procedures.
  11. Train and educate employees on benefits offerings and changes.
  12. Participate in the planning and execution of benefits-related events and initiatives.
  13. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new benefits programs and initiatives.
  14. Continuously seek ways to improve and streamline benefits processes and procedures.
  15. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Benefits Administration, Preferably In A Corporate Setting.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Federal And State Regulations Related To Employee Benefits, Such As Erisa, Hipaa, And Aca.

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Experience With Data Analysis And Reporting.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Benefit Information To Employees At All Levels Of The Organization.
