  1. Develop and maintain a comprehensive reporting and analytics strategy for the HR Operations team.
  2. Utilize analytical tools and techniques to gather and analyze HR data and generate reports.
  3. Identify and track key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives and processes.
  4. Collaborate with HR team members to understand reporting needs and priorities.
  5. Design and develop dashboards and visualizations to effectively communicate HR data and trends.
  6. Evaluate and improve existing reporting processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  7. Provide regular updates and insights to HR leadership on key HR metrics and trends.
  8. Act as a subject matter expert on HR data and reporting, providing guidance and support to HR team members.
  9. Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations when handling sensitive HR information.
  10. Continuously seek opportunities to streamline and automate reporting processes.
  11. Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate HR data into business intelligence tools and systems.
  12. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging trends in HR reporting and analytics.
  13. Train and educate HR team members on how to effectively utilize reporting tools and interpret data.
  14. Communicate and present complex HR data and insights in a clear and understandable manner to various stakeholders.
  15. Contribute to the overall success of the HR Operations team by actively participating in team meetings and collaborating on initiatives.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Hr Operations, With A Focus On Reporting And Analytics.

  • Strong Understanding Of Hr Systems And Data Management, Preferably With Experience Using Hris Software.

  • Ability To Lead And Manage A Team, With Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.

  • Demonstrated Proficiency In Data Analysis And Reporting, With A Keen Attention To Detail And The Ability To Interpret And Present Complex Information To Stakeholders.
