Job Description

Contribute to the Analytics API program by investigating user requirements, writing clear development specifications, and testing changes before major and minor releases. Be a key resource internally to Sales & Consulting for client related API questions and support. Speak intelligently with clients during demos and trials to understand their use cases and gather feedback. Collaborate with Analytics API Engineering and several cross-functional teams to ensure delivery of the most efficient solution/design. Communicating detailed product specifications which translate clients’ business needs into actionable tasks for Engineering. Partner with engineers to investigate bugs, test enhancements, and manage version releases and timelines. Monitor the RPD traffic of incoming client and consulting Questions, Bugs, and Enhancements. Update API product documentation, training materials, and sales materials for Sales and Consulting.

Job Qualifications

  • 3-5 years’ industry experience

  • For Consultants, at least 2 years of FactSet experience in a client-facing role.

  • Passionate about developers and making their work more impactful through open and flexible technology

  • Knowledge of portfolio life cycle and how client workflows fit into the analytics product landscape
