Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Managed Services Role, Preferably In The Financial Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Networking, Server, And Security Technologies.
Experience With Cloud Computing And Virtualization Technologies.
Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Resolve Technical Issues For Clients.
