- Design and develop high-quality software solutions for FactSet's Integrated Business Solutions team.
- Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, providing technical guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers, to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in software engineering, and apply them to enhance FactSet's products.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for software solutions.
- Continuously improve the development process and implement new tools and technologies to increase efficiency and quality.
- Act as a subject matter expert in financial markets and provide insights to inform software design and development.
- Communicate project status, risks, and challenges to stakeholders and recommend solutions to ensure successful project delivery.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Software Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Software Development, Preferably In Financial Services Or Related Industries.
Strong Technical Skills In Programming Languages Such As Java, C++, Or Python.
Experience Leading A Team Of Software Engineers, Including Providing Mentorship And Guidance.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Software Development Methodologies And Best Practices, Including Agile Development And Continuous Integration.
