- Provide technical support to clients in the Investment Banking and Sell-Side industries, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing their questions, concerns, and issues with professionalism and expertise.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to FactSet software and applications, utilizing a deep understanding of system functionality and client workflows.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their business needs and provide appropriate solutions and recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams within FactSet to escalate and resolve complex technical issues that require additional expertise.
