Job Description

FactSet Research Systems is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Manager. We are looking for a strategic, innovative leader with a passion for creating an inclusive work environment for all of our employees. As the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Manager, you will serve as a champion for driving initiatives that promote diversity, equity and inclusion throughout our organization.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience working in a diversity, equity and inclusion role. We are looking for someone with a background in organizational development, human resources, or a related field who is knowledgeable and passionate about diversity, equity and inclusion. You must be a strong communicator, self-motivated and have the ability to build relationships across teams. Above all, you must have a demonstrated commitment to building a workplace where everyone can succeed.If you are excited by the prospect of joining a vibrant and fast-paced organization, and you have the required qualifications and a passion for DEI, we would love to hear from you!
