- Develop and implement cybersecurity strategies and procedures to protect FactSet's valuable data and systems.
- Continuously monitor and assess the company's security posture and identify potential vulnerabilities or threats.
- Conduct regular security audits and penetration tests to ensure the effectiveness of security measures.
- Investigate and respond to security incidents, including analyzing and containing any breaches.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve and maintain the overall security of the company.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends and technologies, and make recommendations for their implementation.
- Educate and train employees on security awareness and best practices.
- Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
- Work closely with clients to ensure their data is secure and protected.
- Participate in the development and testing of new security tools and technologies.
- Proactively research and analyze emerging cyber threats and provide recommendations for prevention and mitigation.
- Communicate security risks and issues to upper management and provide recommendations for remediation.
- Regularly review and update security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Conduct internal security audits to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on cybersecurity and provide guidance and support to other teams within the organization.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Cybersecurity Role, Preferably In A Corporate Environment.
Strong Knowledge Of Network Security, Encryption, And Authentication Protocols.
Experience With Security Tools Such As Firewalls, Intrusion Detection And Prevention Systems, And Vulnerability Scanners.
Industry Certifications Such As Cissp, Cism, Or Ceh Are Highly Desirable.
