Welcome to FactSet Research Systems, a leading provider of financial information and analytical applications. We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Content Specialist to join our Benchmarks team. In this role, you will be responsible for researching, analyzing, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date benchmark data for our clients. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with a passion for data and the financial industry.   1. Research and analyze benchmark data from various sources to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  2. Maintain and update benchmark data in a timely and efficient manner.
  3. Collaborate with team members to identify and implement improvements to data collection and maintenance processes.
  4. Monitor industry trends and developments to inform benchmark data updates and improvements.
  5. Communicate with clients to understand their specific data needs and provide timely and accurate responses.
  6. Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies.
  7. Utilize financial industry knowledge and expertise to make informed decisions and provide insights on benchmark data.
  8. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development and sales, to provide support and expertise on benchmark data.
  9. Perform quality assurance checks to ensure data integrity and consistency.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and standards related to benchmark data and ensure compliance.
  11. Train and mentor junior team members on benchmark data processes and best practices.
  12. Proactively identify and resolve any data discrepancies or issues.
  13. Prepare and present reports and analyses on benchmark data to internal and external stakeholders.
  14. Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects to meet deadlines and client expectations.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and optimize benchmark data processes and procedures.

  • Attention To Detail: As Factset's Content Is Used By Clients To Make Important Business Decisions, A Content Specialist Should Have A Keen Eye For Detail And Be Committed To Producing Error-Free Content. This Includes Fact-Checking, Proofreading And Ensuring Accuracy And Consistency In All Content.

  • Team Player: A Content Specialist Should Be Able To Work Collaboratively With Other Team Members, Including Writers, Editors, And Designers, To Create High-Quality Content. They Should Also Be Open To Feedback And Willing To Make Changes To Improve The Overall Quality Of The Content.
