- Research and analyze benchmark data from various sources to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Maintain and update benchmark data in a timely and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and implement improvements to data collection and maintenance processes.
- Monitor industry trends and developments to inform benchmark data updates and improvements.
- Communicate with clients to understand their specific data needs and provide timely and accurate responses.
- Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies.
- Utilize financial industry knowledge and expertise to make informed decisions and provide insights on benchmark data.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development and sales, to provide support and expertise on benchmark data.
- Perform quality assurance checks to ensure data integrity and consistency.
- Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and standards related to benchmark data and ensure compliance.
- Train and mentor junior team members on benchmark data processes and best practices.

Research And Analytical Skills: A Content Specialist Should Be Able To Conduct In-Depth Research And Analyze Complex Information To Create Insightful And Valuable Content. This Includes The Ability To Gather Data From Various Sources And Synthesize It Into A Cohesive Narrative.
Attention To Detail: As Factset's Content Is Used By Clients To Make Important Business Decisions, A Content Specialist Should Have A Keen Eye For Detail And Be Committed To Producing Error-Free Content. This Includes Fact-Checking, Proofreading And Ensuring Accuracy And Consistency In All Content.
