Content Manager
Coordinate with FactSet Fundamentals & Estimate Collection Operations, Content Integration Engineering, Application Development, Knowledge Management, Sales and Consulting on developing new content, integration and product presentation. Develop content product specifications based on feedback and requirement from clients and internal stakeholders. Implement and test the integration of new content sets. Structure and develop FQL formulas to return financial data to meet clients’ needs. Become subject matter expert on collected datasets and be able to communicate in depth about content specifics. Provide support for clients and use client feedback to drive process improvements to the collection process.
Minimum of 5 years of experiences in investment analysis, financial data development, or consulting in financial product.
CPA or CFA certification preferred, but not required
Can take initiative, develop creative solutions, and implement with various teams.
