- Provide exceptional customer service to clients by responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of FactSet's products and services to effectively address client needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt and efficient resolution of client inquiries and issues.
- Document all client interactions and maintain accurate records in the company's database.
- Proactively identify and report any recurring client issues or trends to management.
- Assist with training new colleagues on client support processes and procedures.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to effectively support client needs.
- Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to enhance the client experience.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards clients and colleagues at all times.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including privacy and security protocols, to protect client information.
- Meet and exceed established performance metrics and goals for client satisfaction and issue resolution.
- Act as a brand ambassador for FactSet by promoting our products and services to clients and potential clients.

Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills
Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Economics, Business, Or Related Field
Strong Understanding Of Financial Markets And Industry Trends
Experience In Client-Facing Roles, Preferably In A Financial Services Environment
