- Assist clients in navigating and utilizing FactSet's financial data and software solutions.
- Develop a deep understanding of FactSet's products and services to effectively communicate their value and capabilities to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and ensure a seamless experience.
- Proactively identify and troubleshoot technical issues, escalating as needed to ensure prompt resolution.
- Conduct training sessions for clients to enhance their knowledge and usage of FactSet's products and services.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in financial markets to better support clients.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and feedback.
- Collaborate with sales and account management teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients.
- Represent FactSet at industry events and conferences to promote our products and services.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and enhance the client experience.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and standards.
