- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Troubleshoot and resolve client inquiries and technical issues, escalating to higher levels of support when necessary.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions for client needs.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients to increase product knowledge and usage.
