Job Description

The People Data Analyst strives to ensure the efficiency of the People Data Solutions team by developing user-friendly and flexible solutions, identifying gaps or areas for improvement, and providing the technical expertise and support that allows for People Analytics to meet the needs of our partners at scale. Leverage technical expertise and creative problem solving to build, enhance, and automate analytics and reporting capabilities for the team and various stakeholders. Lead in the ongoing development of the business intelligence and data solution ecosystem within the wider organization. Develop and enforce best practices and alignment with engineering, reporting, consulting, and research functions. Document requirements with stakeholders, and drive changes to core dashboards and solutions.

Job Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience with SQL (or similar language aimed at querying relational databases)

  • 5+ years of experience working with Tableau (or similar data visualization tools)

  • Experience working with HR/organizational people data (e.g. headcount, turnover, recruiting metrics, and other people analytics)
