
Lead Counsel - Sales
The position will focus on providing strategic and tactical legal guidance to internal sales and business clients on a range of legal issues related to Facebook products, including privacy. Be the main point of contact for sales teams, as well as our regulatory and privacy teams on all matters involving Facebook’s business and ad products, looping in product counsel and commercial counsel as necessary. Provide sales with ongoing support for ads products – involving scalable trainings and preparing guidance note. Analyze policies and initiatives and work with product counsel to provide practical legal risk mitigation strategies.
Knowledge of legal frameworks that apply to data-driven advertising
Experience working with or in support of diverse communities
5+ years of legal experience from a law firm or in-house experience
