Facebook Reality Labs legal team is looking for a talented transactional attorney to support our rapidly growing and evolving augmented/virtual reality (ARVR) hardware development team that delivers the Oculus Quest, Portal and other ARVR products and services. Lead the negotiation of complex commercial agreements for hardware development, procurement and strategic collaborations. Influence and build relationships with clients and cross-functional peers across Facebook to drive strategies across multiple teams. Collaborate with subject matter experts to analyze and communicate legal risks.
5+ years of legal experience as an attorney, including at a law firm or in-house experience
Experience, structuring, drafting, and negotiating technology licensing and other commercial agreements in support of product development
In-house experience working for a technology company
Proven organizational skills, experience managing multiple projects at once, follow through, and meet deadlines
Experience working independently and also collaborating well cross-functionally
