Enforcement & Analytics Program Manager

Manage vendor data, internal tools, and database information for our global, online enforcement programs that protect the Facebook family of companies and our users in the domain, marketplace, ad, paid search, social media, mobile app and related arenas. Analyze data to track the registration, use and abuse of domain names, apps and related internet identifiers, to achieve enforcement and workflow improvements. Track and analyze data for trends and compilation of statistics plus KPI reports. Prepare regular status reports for internal and external reporting. Conduct research, as requested, to support development of relevant standards, policies and best practices. Work with internal security, engineering and other technical teams to enhance detection mechanisms that will help evolve and implement enforcement strategies for DNS and related internet identifiers. Document processes and protocols and create information and training materials for same to maximize user adoption and educate relevant stakeholders.
