Job Description

Provide L2/L3 production support to the Salesforce platform in a timely manner. Serve as an escalation point for internal customer support and product teams. Perform root cause analysis to resolve customer escalated technically complex issues and resolve the problem or qualify appropriately. Respond to critical production operational issues and follow up with the team for resolution. Support ongoing Salesforce administration (create users, profiles, workflow, approvals, reports, dashboards, email templates etc.). Describe issues and work with the development team on implementing a technical solution. Understand the business needs and provide resolution/workaround to the user's problem. Generate custom reports based on the business need. Monitor the application through tools and take appropriate steps to prevent failures and restore service. Using Data loader to insert, update, and delete Accounts, Contacts, Opportunity, Products.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong skills to connect with members in different roles on a Scrum team.

  • Experience using Salesforce data tools such as Data Loader, Visual Studio Code, Excel Connector, Demand Tools, Eclipse Force.com

  • Ability to design, config, code, test, debug, and maintain Salesforce platform.

  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce and Salesforce Community Support.
