
Sales Operations Specialist
Manages the contract replacement/termination process from start to finish Provides reports as needed to Account Managers. Assists Account Managers with research of complex deals. Review, creation and submission of Booking Forms. Metrics Tracking and Reporting: provides reports as needed to management. Produce, present and hold weekly training sessions as directed by management. Develop, organize and facilitate all team building events, quarterly competitions and other tasks as assigned. Builds productive internal working relationships while serving as a subject matter resource to Service Sales. Manage and utilize resources to ensure the most up to date processes and policies are followed while identifying areas of waste, developing and driving process improvement.
Provide up to 3 years of professional experience in customer service and order entry, working in a high volume, fast-paced environment
Demonstrated ability to multi-task and handle a significant amount of detail while maintaining consistently accurate output
High tech experience is a plus
