Job Description

Build and sustain the employee relations programs and standard methodologies in partnership with business leaders, Legal and HR team. Interpret and apply understanding of company policies and practices, employment law, and other regulations to provide advice, guidance, or clarification for ER inquiries. Maintain required documentation, including intake and investigative notes, supporting documents and final reports. Work with the business on highlighting key trends in employee relations and actively driving training, systems and process improvements. Provide support to employee and internal stakeholder inquiries for ADA reasonable accommodations processes, policy, and issues. Lead or participate in special projects/programs requiring ER stakeholder input, as needed. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

Experience working in a high volume, fast-paced environment, preferably in a fast-growing technology company.
8+ years of related HR experience
5+ years of progressive Employee Relations and Employee Investigation experience
Knowledge and understanding of all applicable federal and state employment & labor laws.
Expert proficiency in navigating successfully within ambiguity, multiple priorities and a constantly changing environment.
