Job Description

Develop organizational strategy and roadmap for your functional areas and capabilities in working with key partners and groups. Lead the Data Platform, Applications, Engineering Excellence and Analytics teams. Act as SME on the Data and Integration, lead critical metric development, and drive implementation of the standard methodologies. Champion the adoption of standards and APIs on all practices of enterprise integrations. Expertise in Data Management and MDM when designing enterprise solutions. Develop, lead and mentor robust teams and empower people through active feedback and continuous improvement practices. Develop strategies to resolve complex technical, and architectural challenges. 5 or more years hands on experience in developing and supporting EDW solutions; detailed experience with Tableau, PowerBI, Snowflake, and Azure. Knowledge of emerging technologies and vendor landscape; ability to quickly comprehend the functions, capabilities, and impact of new technologies.
