Job Description

Leads, reviews and directs the architecture of F5's security offerings, across BIG-IP, NGINX, and F5 Cloud Services. Drives detail of all aspects of Security module offering design (including the Modular BIG-IP program) and ensures that resulting design specification fits into technical architectural framework. Reviews the designs generated by architects of Security modules for alignment with top-level business and technical goals. Engages with customers concerns for problem solving, root cause analysis, and customer comms when platform level or architectural issues are suspected to be the cause. Integrates research, new technologies, and emerging business/industry trends into company product platforms.

Job Qualifications

15+ years’ experience in the development of computer software in areas relevant to F5 product line.
Extensive development experience in embedded operating systems.
Experience leading complex product development initiatives from concept through release.
