Job Description

The Data Analyst working in the Data Strategy and Insights team is responsible for understanding how our customers interact, and want to interact with F5 across their journey, and for translating that information into irrefutable business insights. Design, develop and deliver data solutions including ad hoc analysis and data visualizations. Using an iterative and practical approach, create operational dashboards that provide bold insights into client behavior and KPIs for business outcomes. Propose and implement business metrics for senior management reviews and work with analysts and IT to design and develop data solutions to support business growth. Be comfortable working with incomplete data while creating high confidence-level recommendations. Collaborates with business partners in acting on complex, multi-source data to explore, generate and test business assumptions.

Job Qualifications

Familiar with statistical analysis, along with working knowledge of any programming language.
Experience working with data ensuring the ethical and compliant use with global privacy regulations
Basic understanding of ETL and Data Warehousing fundamentals
Working knowledge of Salesforce.com and familiarity working with data in Snowflake environment a plus
