  1. Provide technical expertise and support for Experian's PowerCurve Collections software.
  2. Collaborate with clients to understand their unique needs and develop customized solutions to meet their business goals.
  3. Conduct software installations, upgrades, and configuration to ensure successful implementations.
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for clients in a timely and efficient manner.
  5. Serve as a subject matter expert for the collections industry and stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
  6. Train and educate clients on the features and functionality of the PowerCurve Collections software.
  7. Communicate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of services to clients.
  8. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and make recommendations to enhance the client experience.
  9. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for clients, including assisting with system updates and enhancements.
  10. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing any concerns or issues in a professional manner.
  11. Collaborate with sales and business development teams to identify potential clients and promote the value of Experian's services.
  12. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client interactions and technical solutions.
  13. Stay informed on the latest technological advancements and industry developments to continuously improve services and processes.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Powercurve Collections: A Technical Consultant For Powercurve Collections- Hybrid At Experian Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Powercurve Platform And Its Capabilities. This Includes Knowledge Of Account Management, Collections Strategies, And Decision-Making Processes.

  • Familiarity With Hybrid Solutions: Experience With Hybrid Solutions, Which Combine Traditional Data Sources With Alternative Data And Advanced Analytics, Is Essential For A Technical Consultant At Experian. This Includes Understanding How To Integrate And Optimize These Solutions Within The Powercurve Collections Platform.

  • Technical Proficiency: The Role Of A Technical Consultant Requires A Strong Technical Background, Including Proficiency In Programming Languages, Database Management, And Data Analysis. Candidates Must Be Able To Troubleshoot And Resolve Technical Issues Quickly And Effectively.

  • Communication And Presentation Skills: As A Technical Consultant, Effective Communication And Presentation Skills Are Crucial To Success. This Includes The Ability To Explain Complex Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders, As Well As To Collaborate And Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams.
