
Talent Acquisition Partner
Experian is searching for an enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team and play a key role in advancing our recruitment efforts. We are looking for someone with a strong background in recruiting, a passion for connecting with people, and the ability to develop relationships with both potential and current team members. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills and the ability to work independently and in a highly collaborative environment.Required qualifications include:* A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field* At least 5 years of experience in recruitment and/or talent acquisition* Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment* Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills* A proactive approach to problem solving and a customer-service-focused mindset* Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
Responsibilities:
- Source, identify, and recruit qualified candidates for open positions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential and current team members.
- Schedule and conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates.
- Analyze and assess job requirements to ensure the right fit for positions.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) to manage the recruitment process.
- Create and update job descriptions and postings.
- Create and review hiring reports and metrics.
- Research and recommend new sourcing tools and strategies.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Provide excellent customer service to candidates and team members.
