
Talent Acquisition Coordinator/ Associate (Early Careers)

- Develop and implement strategies to attract and acquire top talent for our early career programs, including internships and entry-level positions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and provide support in identifying and selecting the best candidates.
- Utilize various recruitment channels, such as job boards, social media, and university partnerships, to reach potential candidates.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Provide a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Plan and coordinate recruitment events, such as career fairs and campus presentations, to promote our early career programs.
- Manage the applicant tracking system and maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
- Build and maintain relationships with universities and other educational institutions to establish a pipeline of potential candidates.
- Assist in developing and implementing diversity and inclusion initiatives to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
- Collaborate with the HR team to onboard and integrate new hires into the company culture and ensure a smooth transition.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in early career recruitment and make recommendations for process improvements.
- Contribute to the development of marketing materials and social media content to promote our early career programs.
- Participate in team meetings and provide input on hiring strategies and processes.
- Serve as a brand ambassador for Experian and promote our company culture and values to candidates.
- Support other Talent Acquisition initiatives and projects, as needed.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Recruitment Or Talent Acquisition, Preferably With A Focus On Early Career Hiring.
Strong Understanding Of Recruiting Strategies And Techniques, Including Social Media And Online Job Boards.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Candidates And Hiring Managers.
Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment, Handling Multiple Tasks And Priorities Simultaneously.
