Responsibilities:

  3. Utilize your expertise in software architecture to design systems that meet performance, reliability, and security standards.
  4. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve Experian's software offerings.
  5. Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to team members to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
  6. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations.
  7. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, to gather feedback and incorporate it into the software design process.
  8. Participate in the development of project plans, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery of software solutions.
  9. Mentor and coach junior team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
  10. Maintain documentation of software design and architecture decisions to ensure clarity and consistency for future reference.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Technical Knowledge: A Senior Software Architect At Experian Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Various Programming Languages, Software Development Methodologies, And Database Management Systems. They Should Also Be Familiar With Cloud Computing, Big Data Technologies, And Security Protocols.

  • Proven Experience In Software Architecture: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 7-10 Years Of Experience In Software Architecture, With A Track Record Of Successfully Designing And Implementing Complex Software Systems. They Should Have Experience In Both Traditional And Agile Development Methodologies.

  • Leadership And Team Management Skills: As A Senior Software Architect, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Developers And Engineers. Therefore, They Should Possess Strong Leadership Skills, The Ability To Mentor And Motivate Team Members, And Experience In Managing Project Timelines And Resources.

  • Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills: A Senior Software Architect Should Have Excellent Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills To Identify And Address Complex Technical Issues. They Should Also Be Able To Evaluate Different Solutions And Make Sound Decisions Based On Technical And Business Considerations.

  • Communication And Collaboration Abilities: Effective Communication And Collaboration Are Critical For A Senior Software Architect At Experian, As They Will Be Required To Work Closely With Cross-Functional Teams, Stakeholders, And Clients.
