  1. Lead and manage projects related to web development for Experian.
  2. Utilize strong leadership skills to motivate and guide project team members.
  3. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and resources.
  4. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
  5. Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and marketing to ensure project success.
  7. Identify and manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  8. Manage relationships with external vendors and partners.
  9. Conduct regular project meetings and provide status updates to project team.
  10. Mentor and coach team members to ensure continuous improvement and growth.
  11. Conduct post-project reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement lessons learned.
  12. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in web development and project management.
  13. Take on new challenges and adapt to changing project priorities and deadlines.
  14. Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and standards in all project activities.
  15. Drive results and achieve project goals within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Project Management Experience: A Senior Project Manager At Experian Should Have A Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Managing Complex Web Development Projects. This Includes Successfully Leading Large Cross-Functional Teams, Managing Project Schedules And Budgets, And Delivering Projects On Time And Within Scope.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Web Development Technologies: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Strong Understanding Of Various Web Development Technologies Such As Html, Css, Javascript, And Content Management Systems Like Wordpress And Drupal. They Should Also Be Familiar With Current Industry Trends And Best Practices In Web Development.

  • Leadership And Communication Skills: A Senior Project Manager Must Have Excellent Leadership Skills To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team Of Developers, Designers, And Other Stakeholders. They Should Also Have Strong Communication Skills To Effectively Communicate Project Updates, Risks, And Issues To Both Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders.

  • Project Management Certifications: A Senior Project Manager At Experian Should Hold Relevant Project Management Certifications Such As Pmp, Pmi-Acp, Or Prince2. These Certifications Demonstrate A Candidate's Understanding Of Project Management Principles, Methodologies, And Best Practices.

  • Experience In Agile Methodologies: Experian Follows Agile Methodologies For Its Web Development Projects, So The Ideal Candidate Should Have Prior Experience In Agile Project Management. This Includes Experience In Using Tools Such As Jira, Trello, Or Asana For Project Planning, Tracking, And Reporting.
