
Senior Product Owner, Identity and Fraud (US Remote)

Responsibilities:
- Develop and drive the product strategy for the Identity and Fraud business area, in alignment with the overall company goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to define and prioritize product requirements.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and competitive landscape, and use this information to inform product decisions.
- Lead the product development process from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of product initiatives.
- Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders, including senior management, and actively solicit feedback to continuously improve the product.
- Manage the product backlog, prioritize features and enhancements, and ensure that resources are allocated appropriately.
- Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to gather customer feedback and incorporate it into product planning and development.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in identity and fraud management, and use this knowledge to drive innovation in the product.
- Mentor and guide other product team members, providing support and coaching to help them grow in their roles.
- Act as a subject matter expert for identity and fraud products, providing guidance and insights to other teams within the company.
- Represent Experian at industry events and conferences, promoting our products and thought leadership in the identity and fraud space.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
Extensive Experience In Identity And Fraud: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 8-10 Years Of Experience Specifically In The Field Of Identity And Fraud Management. They Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Industry Landscape, Trends, And Best Practices.
Strong Product Management Skills: The Senior Product Owner Should Have A Proven Track Record In Product Management, Including Product Planning, Product Development, And Product Launch. They Should Be Able To Effectively Prioritize And Manage A Product Roadmap, And Have Experience Working With Cross-Functional Teams.
Leadership And Team Management: The Candidate Should Have Experience Leading And Managing A Team Of Product Managers, Developers, And Other Stakeholders. They Should Have Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills And Be Able To Effectively Collaborate With Different Teams To Drive Results.
Technical Background: While Not Mandatory, A Technical Background Or Understanding Of Software Development Is Highly Desirable For This Role. The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Good Understanding Of Agile Methodologies, And Experience Working With Technical Teams To Deliver Complex Products.
Industry Knowledge: The Senior Product Owner Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Identity And Fraud Industry, Including Knowledge Of Regulatory Compliance, Data Privacy, And Security. They Should Also Be Aware Of Emerging Technologies And Be Able To Identify Opportunities For Innovation And Growth.
