  1. Develop engaging and effective learning experiences for employees and clients at Experian.
  2. Lead the design and development of innovative training solutions that align with business objectives.
  3. Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify learning needs and create appropriate training materials.
  4. Utilize instructional design principles to create high-quality and interactive training programs.
  5. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in instructional design and adult learning to continuously improve training offerings.
  6. Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality.
  7. Conduct thorough needs assessments and evaluations to determine the effectiveness of training programs.
  8. Communicate and present training materials and concepts to stakeholders and team members.
  9. Mentor and coach junior instructional designers to develop their skills and contribute to the team's success.
  10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and business leaders, to ensure training programs meet business needs.
  11. Continuously assess and improve training processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  12. Maintain a positive and collaborative working relationship with team members and stakeholders.
  13. Demonstrate a passion for learning and a creative mindset to develop cutting-edge training materials.
  14. Adhere to project budgets and timelines while maintaining high-quality standards.
  15. Contribute to the overall learning and development strategy at Experian.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Instructional Design: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Instructional Design, With A Strong Background In Designing And Developing Effective Learning Solutions.

  • Proficiency In Instructional Design Software: The Senior Instructional Designer Should Be Proficient In Using Authoring Tools Such As Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, And/Or Camtasia, As Well As Other Multimedia Tools To Create Engaging And Interactive Learning Content.

  • Knowledge Of Adult Learning Principles: The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Adult Learning Theories And Principles, And Be Able To Apply Them In The Design And Development Of Effective Training Solutions.

  • Strong Project Management Skills: As A Senior Member Of The Team, The Candidate Should Have Excellent Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously, Meet Tight Deadlines, And Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Experience In Financial Services Industry: Experian Is A Leading Global Information Services Company, So Experience In The Financial Services Industry Is A Plus. The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Good Understanding Of The Industry And Be Able To Design Training Solutions That Meet The Specific Needs Of Experian's Clients And Employees.
