Proficiency In Instructional Design Software: The Senior Instructional Designer Should Be Proficient In Using Authoring Tools Such As Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, And/Or Camtasia, As Well As Other Multimedia Tools To Create Engaging And Interactive Learning Content.
Knowledge Of Adult Learning Principles: The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Adult Learning Theories And Principles, And Be Able To Apply Them In The Design And Development Of Effective Training Solutions.
