  1. Manage and maintain the stability and reliability of Experian's Windows infrastructure.
  2. Utilize your expertise in Windows systems and infrastructure to drive innovation and efficiency.
  3. Monitor and troubleshoot issues within the Windows infrastructure, ensuring timely resolution.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions for system improvements and enhancements.
  5. Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards.
  6. Develop and maintain documentation for Windows infrastructure processes and procedures.
  7. Proactively identify potential risks and provide recommendations for mitigation.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Windows infrastructure management.
  9. Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members.
  10. Participate in on-call rotations and provide support for critical incidents as needed.
  11. Continuously seek opportunities for automation and process improvement to optimize Windows infrastructure.
  12. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to provide updates, recommendations, and solutions.
  13. Collaborate with vendors to evaluate and implement new technologies and tools.
  14. Provide technical support and guidance for Windows-related projects and initiatives.
  15. Maintain a high level of customer service and respond to inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience With Windows Server Administration: A Senior Infrastructure Sre At Experian Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Windows Server Architecture And Be Able To Effectively Manage And Troubleshoot Complex Server Environments. This Includes Experience With Active Directory, Group Policy, And Powershell Scripting.

  • Proficiency In Cloud Technologies: As Experian Continues To Migrate Its Infrastructure To The Cloud, A Senior Infrastructure Sre Should Have A Strong Background In Cloud Technologies Such As Azure Or Aws. This Includes Experience With Cloud Migration, Automation, And Monitoring Tools.

  • Strong Networking Knowledge: A Senior Infrastructure Sre Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Networking Concepts And Protocols. This Includes Experience With Routing, Switching, Dns, Dhcp, And Load Balancing.

  • Experience With Infrastructure Automation: At Experian, Automation Is A Key Component Of Infrastructure Management. A Senior Infrastructure Sre Should Be Proficient In Tools Such As Ansible, Puppet, Or Chef And Have Experience Automating Routine Tasks And Deployments.

  • Leadership And Teamwork Skills: As A Senior Member Of The Team, A Senior Infrastructure Sre Should Possess Strong Leadership And Teamwork Skills. This Includes The Ability To Mentor And Guide Junior Team Members, Collaborate With Other Teams, And Effectively Communicate With Stakeholders.
