Job Description

Experian is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator - Employee Retention Credit to join our team. We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about employee retention, and who is eager to collaborate with our team to ensure our employees have the best experience possible.The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, along with at least two years' experience in project coordination or a related field. They should also have excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure. Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the planning, coordination, and implementation of projects related to employee retention credit.
  2. Create detailed project plans and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.
  3. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
  4. Monitor and track project progress to ensure deadlines and objectives are met.
  5. Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  6. Develop and implement project management processes and procedures.
  7. Monitor project performance and budget to ensure accuracy.
  8. Manage project communications and deliverables.
  9. Liaise with stakeholders, vendors, and team members to ensure successful completion of projects.
  10. Facilitate team meetings and provide guidance to team members.
