In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our offensive security program, ensuring the protection of our systems and data against cyber threats.   1. Develop and implement offensive security strategies and procedures to protect Experian's systems and data from cyber threats.
  2. Conduct regular penetration testing and vulnerability assessments to identify and address potential weaknesses in our systems.
  3. Lead incident response efforts in the event of a security breach or cyber attack, including conducting forensic investigations and implementing remediation measures.
  4. Stay up-to-date with the latest cyber threats and trends, and proactively make recommendations for security improvements.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that security measures are integrated into all aspects of our technology and business processes.
  6. Mentor and guide junior security engineers in developing their skills and knowledge in offensive security.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with external security experts and researchers to stay informed about emerging threats and best practices.
  8. Serve as a subject matter expert on offensive security for the organization, providing guidance and insights to various stakeholders.
  9. Conduct training and awareness sessions for employees to promote a strong security culture within the company.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve upon our offensive security program to ensure its effectiveness and alignment with industry standards and regulations.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Cybersecurity: A Lead Offensive Security Engineer At Experian Should Have A Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience Working In The Field Of Cybersecurity. This Includes Experience In Penetration Testing, Vulnerability Assessment, And Incident Response.

  • Strong Technical Skills: The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Network And System Security, Malware Analysis, And Threat Intelligence. They Should Also Have Experience With Various Security Tools And Technologies Such As Siem, Ids/Ips, And Firewalls.

  • Leadership And Management Skills: As A Lead Engineer, The Candidate Should Possess Strong Leadership And Management Skills. This Includes The Ability To Lead A Team Of Security Professionals, Manage Projects And Budgets, And Communicate Effectively With Stakeholders.

  • Certifications: Experian Requires A Lead Offensive Security Engineer To Hold Relevant Certifications Such As Oscp, Cissp, Or Ceh. These Certifications Demonstrate The Candidate's Expertise And Commitment To The Field Of Offensive Security.

  • Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills: The Candidate Should Have Excellent Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills To Identify Vulnerabilities And Potential Threats In Experian's Systems And Networks. They Should Also Be Able To Develop And Implement Effective Solutions To Mitigate These Risks.
