- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives to support the overall business objectives of Experian.
- Act as a trusted advisor and partner to business leaders, providing guidance and support on all HR-related matters.
- Conduct regular needs assessments and collaborate with business leaders to identify and address HR gaps and opportunities.
- Provide expert guidance and coaching to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Stay current on industry trends and employment regulations to ensure compliance and inform decision-making.
- Collaborate with the talent acquisition team to attract, hire, and retain top talent for the organization.
- Partner with the learning and development team to identify training and development needs and support the delivery of relevant programs.
- Manage and administer performance management processes, including goal-setting, evaluations, and coaching.
- Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Represent Experian at industry events and conferences to promote our employer brand and attract top talent.
- Act as a change agent, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement company-wide HR initiatives and programs.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and integrity in all HR-related matters.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Hrbp Or Hr Generalist Role, Preferably In A Large, Multinational Organization.
Strong Knowledge Of Hr Policies, Procedures, And Best Practices, As Well As Federal And State Employment Laws.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Collaborate With Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
Proven Experience In Managing A High Volume Of Hr Initiatives And Projects, With The Ability To Prioritize And Meet Deadlines In A Fast-Paced Environment.
