- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for internal employees utilizing various technology systems.
- Respond promptly and efficiently to helpdesk tickets and inquiries from internal employees.
- Utilize strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills to resolve technical issues.
- Maintain and update helpdesk tickets with accurate and detailed information.
- Communicate effectively with internal employees to understand and address their technology needs.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex technical issues.
- Identify and escalate critical issues to appropriate teams for timely resolution.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems for internal employees.
- Conduct regular maintenance and updates on technology systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Document and maintain standard operating procedures for common technical issues.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for internal employees.
- Stay updated on the latest technology trends and advancements to continuously improve technical skills and knowledge.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including security protocols, when handling sensitive information.
- Assist with onboarding and training of new employees on technology systems and processes.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement solutions for ongoing technical challenges.
2+ Years Of Experience In A Technical Support Or Helpdesk Role, Preferably Within A Large Corporate Environment.
Proficiency In Troubleshooting And Resolving Hardware, Software, And Network Issues For Both Windows And Mac Operating Systems.
Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Technical Information To Non-Technical Users.
Strong Customer Service And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Remain Calm And Professional While Handling Customer Inquiries And Complaints.
Knowledge Of Itil Best Practices And Experience Working With Ticketing Systems, Such As Servicenow, To Track And Document Support Requests.
