  • Conduct research and stay up-to-date with all relevant laws and regulations related to corporate governance and compliance.
  • Assist the company secretary in preparing and organizing board meetings, including agendas, minutes, and supporting materials.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Review and analyze company policies and procedures to ensure they are in line with legal and ethical standards.
  • Assist in the creation and implementation of training programs for employees on corporate governance and compliance.
  • Monitor and report on any potential compliance issues or risks within the company.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all corporate governance and compliance activities.
  • Coordinate with external legal counsel and regulatory bodies as needed.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding corporate governance and compliance matters.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of new compliance initiatives and strategies.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve company processes to ensure compliance with changing laws and regulations.
  • Represent the company in a professional and ethical manner at all times.
