- Develop and execute strategic plans for the growth and success of Experian's payment products.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and trends in the payments industry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of payment products with company goals and objectives.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of payment products and make recommendations for improvements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry experts.
- Lead product development initiatives, including ideation, prototyping, testing, and launch.
- Create and manage product roadmaps, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer and market needs.
- Develop and manage budgets for payment product initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date on industry advancements and emerging technologies to inform product strategy.
- Train and mentor team members on payment product knowledge and best practices.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop effective product messaging and positioning strategies.
- Conduct regular performance reviews of payment products and make adjustments as needed.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements for payment products.
- Represent Experian at industry events and conferences, and contribute thought leadership on payment product innovations.
- Drive a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence within the payment product team.
Bachelor’s Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Product Management, Preferably In The Payments Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Payments Industry Trends And Regulations, As Well As Experience With Payment Technologies And Platforms.
Excellent Project Management Skills With The Ability To Prioritize And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
Proven Track Record Of Developing And Launching Successful Payment Products, Including Market Analysis, Product Positioning, And Go-To-Market Strategies.
