1. Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable, and secure software applications for Experian's products.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features and functionality.
3. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
4. Troubleshoot and debug issues, identify and implement solutions to improve product performance.
5. Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in full stack development and contribute new ideas and strategies to improve our products.
6. Work with product management and UX teams to ensure user-centric design and seamless user experience.
7. Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients to understand requirements and provide updates on project progress.
8. Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers.
9. Continuously test and optimize applications for improved performance and user experience.
10. Adhere to coding standards and participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and maintainability.
11. Contribute to the development and maintenance of technical documentation.
12. Collaborate with DevOps team to deploy and maintain applications in production environments.
13. Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
14. Proactively identify and address technical debt and make recommendations for code improvements.
15. Adhere to company security standards and practices to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of our systems and data.
