Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Finance Or Accounting Role, With At Least 2 Years In A Business Partnering Role.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Financial Data And Provide Strategic Insights.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Cost Management And Budgeting Principles, With Experience In Forecasting And Variance Analysis.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Financial Information To Non-Finance Stakeholders.
