  1. Ensure compliance with applicable privacy laws and regulations, both domestically and internationally.
  2. Develop and maintain policies and procedures to ensure compliance with privacy laws and regulations.
  3. Conduct regular audits to identify any potential privacy compliance issues and make recommendations for improvement.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement privacy requirements into new and existing products and services.
  5. Stay up-to-date with changes in privacy laws and regulations and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
  6. Investigate and address any privacy complaints or security incidents in a timely and effective manner.
  7. Conduct privacy impact assessments and provide guidance on data privacy risks.
  8. Develop and deliver privacy training and awareness programs for employees.
  9. Liaise with external regulators, auditors, and other stakeholders on privacy matters.
  10. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of privacy controls and procedures.
  11. Identify and implement best practices for privacy and compliance within the organization.
  12. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  13. Collaborate with the legal team to review and negotiate privacy-related contracts and agreements.
  14. Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement in privacy and compliance processes.
  15. Act as a subject matter expert on privacy and compliance matters and provide guidance to other team members as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Business, Marketing, Or Law.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Compliance And Privacy, Preferably In The Marketing Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Relevant Laws And Regulations Such As Gdpr, Ccpa, And Can-Spam.

  • Excellent Analytical Skills And Attention To Detail.

  • Ability To Effectively Communicate And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And External Stakeholders.
