- Ensure compliance with applicable privacy laws and regulations, both domestically and internationally.
- Develop and maintain policies and procedures to ensure compliance with privacy laws and regulations.
- Conduct regular audits to identify any potential privacy compliance issues and make recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement privacy requirements into new and existing products and services.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in privacy laws and regulations and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Investigate and address any privacy complaints or security incidents in a timely and effective manner.
- Conduct privacy impact assessments and provide guidance on data privacy risks.
- Develop and deliver privacy training and awareness programs for employees.
- Liaise with external regulators, auditors, and other stakeholders on privacy matters.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of privacy controls and procedures.
- Identify and implement best practices for privacy and compliance within the organization.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Collaborate with the legal team to review and negotiate privacy-related contracts and agreements.
- Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement in privacy and compliance processes.
- Act as a subject matter expert on privacy and compliance matters and provide guidance to other team members as needed.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Business, Marketing, Or Law.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Compliance And Privacy, Preferably In The Marketing Industry.
Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Relevant Laws And Regulations Such As Gdpr, Ccpa, And Can-Spam.
Excellent Analytical Skills And Attention To Detail.
Ability To Effectively Communicate And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And External Stakeholders.
