- Lead and manage a team of engineers, providing direction, support, and mentorship to promote growth and development.

- Develop and implement engineering processes and best practices to ensure efficient and high-quality delivery of projects.

Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or Related Field, With A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role Within A Technology Or Software Development Company.
Proven Track Record Of Managing High-Performing Engineering Teams And Delivering Successful Projects On Time And Within Budget.
Strong Technical Background And Understanding Of Platform Development, Cloud Infrastructure, And Software Engineering Best Practices.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
Experience With Agile Methodologies And Project Management Tools, Such As Jira, To Drive Continuous Improvement And Efficiency Within The Engineering Team.
