  1. Lead and manage a team of engineers, providing direction, support, and mentorship to promote growth and development.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and data teams, to develop and maintain innovative platforms.
  3. Drive and promote a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and collaboration within the engineering team.
  4. Develop and implement engineering processes and best practices to ensure efficient and high-quality delivery of projects.
  5. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of projects by setting and managing project timelines and priorities.
  6. Monitor and track team performance and provide regular feedback and performance evaluations.
  7. Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  8. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in technology to drive innovation within the team.
  9. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues to ensure project success.
  10. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes diversity and encourages open communication.
  11. Provide regular updates and reports on team progress and project status to senior management.
  12. Act as a role model for the team, demonstrating strong leadership skills and a passion for driving results.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or Related Field, With A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role Within A Technology Or Software Development Company.

  • Proven Track Record Of Managing High-Performing Engineering Teams And Delivering Successful Projects On Time And Within Budget.

  • Strong Technical Background And Understanding Of Platform Development, Cloud Infrastructure, And Software Engineering Best Practices.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.

  • Experience With Agile Methodologies And Project Management Tools, Such As Jira, To Drive Continuous Improvement And Efficiency Within The Engineering Team.
