
Employee Relations Consultant

- Serve as the go-to resource for all employee relations matters, providing guidance and support to managers and employees.
- Maintain a deep understanding of employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate risk for the organization.
- Investigate and resolve employee relations issues, including but not limited to conflicts, complaints, and concerns.
- Proactively identify potential employee relations issues and provide solutions to prevent them from escalating.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures related to employee relations, ensuring they align with company values and promote a positive work environment.
- Conduct training and workshops for managers and employees on topics such as conflict resolution, diversity and inclusion, and harassment prevention.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with managers and employees, acting as a trusted advisor and resource for all employee relations matters.
- Keep accurate and confidential records of all employee relations cases and ensure proper documentation and communication throughout the resolution process.
- Collaborate with other HR team members to ensure consistency and alignment in employee relations practices and processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in employee relations to continuously improve and enhance processes and procedures.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Employee Relations, Preferably In A Corporate Or Consulting Setting.
Extensive Knowledge Of Employment Laws And Regulations, Including Ada, Fmla, Eeo, And Flsa.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Handle Sensitive And Confidential Information.
Proven Experience In Managing Conflict Resolution And Conducting Workplace Investigations.
