  1. Oversee and manage the company's controllership function, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  2. Lead and develop a team of finance professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to help them achieve their full potential.
  3. Develop and implement financial strategies and plans to support the company's overall business objectives.
  4. Review and analyze financial data and provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
  5. Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure alignment and consistency in financial processes and procedures.
  6. Identify and mitigate financial risks, and develop and implement risk management strategies.
  7. Stay current with industry developments, regulations, and best practices, and make recommendations for process improvements and efficiencies.
  8. Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors, regulators, and vendors.
  9. Provide leadership and direction in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  10. Participate in strategic decision-making and provide financial insights and recommendations to support business growth and profitability.
  11. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and promote a culture of ethical and responsible financial practices.
  12. Represent the company in meetings, conferences, and other events related to finance and controllership.
  13. Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to increase efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting.
  14. Monitor and report on financial performance and variances to budget, and provide explanations and recommendations as needed.
  15. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork, open communication, and a culture of continuous learning and development.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.

  • 10+ Years Of Experience In Financial Management, Preferably In A Corporate Setting.

  • Cpa (Certified Public Accountant) Certification.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Gaap (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) And Financial Reporting Requirements.

  • Experience Managing A Team And Overseeing Financial Operations For A Large Organization.
