• Develop and implement data protection policies and procedures in accordance with relevant laws and regulations
• Stay up-to-date with evolving data privacy laws and regulations and ensure compliance across the organization
• Lead and manage a team of data protection professionals
• Collaborate with various departments, including legal, IT, and compliance, to ensure data protection strategies are properly implemented
• Conduct risk assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies to protect sensitive information
• Monitor and track data protection incidents and breaches, and implement corrective actions as needed
• Provide training and guidance to employees on data protection best practices
